The School of Supported Learning is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, learner-centred experienced Curriculum Manager to lead the delivery of its courses for supported learners at the Enfield Centre. The role includes responsibility to support the progression of learners with learning difficulties and disabilities into mainstream curriculum areas and through their time on these courses.

A sound knowledge of the learning disabilities sector and of barriers faced by students progressing from bespoke supported learning programmes is essential.

You will collaborate with relevant managers to develop effective ways to remove barriers to learning and ensure that all staff recognise and fulfil their statutory responsibilities to students with SEN and EHCPs. You will ensure that additional learning support is in place and effective for all EHCP students and monitor and carry out statutory reviews.
