We are currently looking for a full-time Teacher of EAL to join our Senior School in Voorschoten, just outside of The Hague, from January 2018.

We are looking for an experienced Teacher of EAL to support and integrate ESL/EAL students into the school in order to allow full participation across all subjects. The aim of the EAL Department is to develop and support the Learning of EAL both in mainstream classes and through withdrawal from lessons. The successful candidate must be qualified and have experience of teaching EAL to students aged 11 to 18 years old.

The role includes:

- Teaching EAL on a withdrawal basis from lessons to individuals and mixed ability groups.
- Working with individual students and small groups within the mainstream classroom to help students access the curriculum.
- Establishing a supportive relationship with the students.
- Liaising with colleagues to prepare supporting materials to help the students to access curriculum subjects.
