UCEM offers a range of property-related academic programmes, as well as providing professional development and tailor-made corporate training courses.

You will work in this busy, inhouse design function role primarily designing the UCEM internal and external communications, ensuring that you are driving integrated marketing activities and recognising the UCEM brand.


You will be responsible for:

• Creating design concepts in response to marketing briefs.
• Artworking of designs.
• Supporting and overseeing third party suppliers, where required.
• Supporting photographic and AV shoots.
• Advertising.
• Digital asset creation, including e-campaigns, banners and MPU’s.


A degree in a graphic design, or related subject, is essential as is experience of working in an in-house design or design role within an agency. You must have experience of artworking and an excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative suite. You will need to have previous experience of photography retouching and the ability to take on feedback to adapt to stakeholder needs and requirements. HTML knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as is previous experience and awareness or accessibility and usability best practice principles.
