LOCATION: Wood Street & Southgate Campus
HOURS: 2 posts - 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Learner Services is looking for 2 apprentices. Experience working in a frontline service would be great but is not essential. You must have fantastic communication and organisational skills, enjoy working in a busy environment and be a confident and responsible worker. Good IT and people skills are essential.
You will also study for a L3 qualification in customer care.
A L2 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent).
