Human Resources Manager
Salary: £38,751 to £42,335 per annum
35 hours per week
(Flexible, part time hours will be considered)
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Human Resources Manager to lead the College’s HR function, providing both strategic direction and operational support to staff, department managers, the Executive Management Group and the Board of Governors.
Now ready for a leadership role, you will already have a strong career record covering a broad range of HR aspects, ideally including some experience in education or another public sector setting and also implementation of HR/Payroll software packages. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current employment legislation and its practical implications for the College workforce, but be equally comfortable using your professional expertise to design initiatives to develop staff wellbeing and productivity.

Reporting directly to the Principal and working with Managers, Governors and recognised trade unions, you will review and develop robust and effective HR policies and practices that reflect these values and deliver the highest standards of service to our learners.
