LOCATION: LETCHWORTH AND WORKING ACROSS GROUP SITES
Support the learner engagement function with Hart L&D, to ensure efficient internal and external recruitment of Apprenticeships. To work with external clients and internal operations teams to ensure the efficient launch on Apprenticeship programmes.
£18K- £24K basic salary

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for admission services to ensure the leaner engagement to Apprenticeship and other learning programmes is managed and completed efficiently and effectively
Create and maintain a strong working relationships with colleagues to ensure support is provided for recruitment and enrolment of internal and external learner candidates
Work with the Heads of Curriculum and Client Engagement managers to undertake duties that support the achievement of outstanding teaching and learning; projects, and the learner and client experience.
Ensure that appropriate records are kept, in accordance with college and external bodies requirements
Track record of managing a range of projects, events and providing exceptional customer service with a further education environment
Self-motivated professional who develops positives relationships with both internal and external customers
Achiever who owns their part in delivering business results by going the extra mile in their area of responsibility
Good communication, written and verbal and proficient in using a variety of IT packages
Level 3 qualifications desirable
