LOCATION: LETCHWORTH AND WORKING ACROSS GROUP SITES

JOB PURPOSE

Support the learner engagement function with Hart L&D, to ensure efficient internal and external recruitment of Apprenticeships. To work with external clients and internal operations teams to ensure the efficient launch on Apprenticeship programmes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provide support for admission services to ensure the leaner engagement to Apprenticeship and other learning programmes is managed and completed efficiently and effectively
 Create and maintain a strong working relationships with colleagues to ensure support is provided for recruitment and enrolment of internal and external learner candidates
 Work with the Heads of Curriculum and Client Engagement managers to undertake duties that support the achievement of outstanding teaching and learning; projects, and the learner and client experience.
 Ensure that appropriate records are kept, in accordance with college and external bodies requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 Track record of managing a range of projects, events and providing exceptional customer service with a further education environment
 Self-motivated professional who develops positives relationships with both internal and external customers
 Achiever who owns their part in delivering business results by going the extra mile in their area of responsibility
 Good communication, written and verbal and proficient in using a variety of IT packages
 Level 3 qualifications desirable
