You will need to possess excellent communication and administration skills to assist them in giving the highest level of customer service, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, email queries and Live Chat queries. You will be responsible for processing all customer enquiries in a timely and responsive manner in line with College standards, offering outstanding levels of service for anyone contacting the college. You will additionally maintain an up-to-date directory of all useful information, ensuring that any issues or queries can be dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. As part of this role, you will greet and sign in visitors, helping any students, staff or customers with questions and directions around the college site.
Term time hours: Mon 8:30-6pm, Tues 8:30-6pm, Fri 8:30-5pm
Non-term time hours: Mon/Tues/Fri 8:30-5pm
Key knowledge, skills and attitudes required:
• Previous experience in a customer facing office environment
• Appropriate qualification to level 2/3 standard
