UCEM offers a range of property-related academic programmes, as well as providing professional development and tailor-made corporate training courses.
Your main purpose will be to provide academic leadership in the subject of Real Estate with particular emphasis on one or more of the following areas:
- Commercial Property Management
- Property Asset Management
- Commercial Property Agency
- Property Investment
- Planning and Development
You will undertake associated academic tutoring and pastoral support for programmes and associated modules to support the Head of Faculty and members of the Real Estate team. You will also support in the development of new programmes and research ambitions of the faculty.
An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject is an essential candidate quality for this role along with and understanding of current developments in Real Estate practice of education. You must have familiarity with the requirements of professional bodies, practice and potential employers and have the ability to produce innovative module material to attract our students. A postgraduate or research degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous but is not essential as is a teaching qualification.
