This post will provide an effective administration service to curriculum staff in a busy educational office environment. Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from students, other college staff and visitors, word processing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
You will need experience of working in office administration, including word-processing, spread sheets and databases, as well as experience of dealing with members of the public efficiently. You may be required to support cover requirements at other centres or departments so a degree of flexibility is therefore important.
