WMC is looking for a manager who can lead our customer facing team through some exciting changes as we seek to continually improve services to our learners.
This role will manage and provide direction for the improvement and development of all aspects of student services. This will include managing a team of staff to ensure that the whole enrolment process from first enquiry to the collection of learner enrolment data is efficient and effective and complies with audit, data protection and funding regulations. This role will investigate and resolve learner complaints and co-ordinate customer care initiatives that will enhance and improve the learner experience across the College.
