We are dedicated to our students and aim to offer a first class training and apprenticeship programmes. To demonstrate this we have invested in a brand new £10.4 million Construction Centre. We are now looking to appoint to a confident, ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated Programme Manager to lead on Business growth, Work Based Learning and apprenticeships and Higher Education.
Reporting directly to the Head of Construction, you will provide curriculum support and guidance to the department on your lines of responsibilities and ensure the department continues to grow and develop and be well placed to embrace the changes and developments on the horizon. It is anticipated that the Construction Department will grow significantly over the next 2 years, and as such you will lead on developing the programmes the College offers to meet this growth.
This is a great opportunity for a person with drive, ambition and ability to carve out a successful career in education whilst working for an outstanding college. You must hold as a minimum, a Teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert.Ed.); a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and have experience of working within an education setting.
