Staff and resources
Pre-entry admissions process for students with dyslexia/disabilities
All processes relating to high needs students on mainstream courses, including the Annual Review process, funding arrangements, overseeing the completion of all associated documentation (for example EHC plans), and liaison with Local Authorities.
You will have experience in setting monitoring and achieving personal team and organisational standards whilst experience of management in Further Education is desirable.
You must possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification. You will also have experience of target setting and performance management together with experience of using information systems and databases. You must be committed to equality and diversity, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners and have a flexible attitude to work.
There will be opportunities for you to expand your knowledge and experience by through attendance at internal and external training events (where applicable).
