Position; Apprenticeship Coordinator
Location; Hazlerigg, Newcastle upon Tyne

Fox Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established private trade association who are looking to appoint an experienced Apprenticeship Coordinator to ensure quality of service whilst providing apprentices to their clients.

The Role would include;
• Undertaking tasks as guided by the Head of Learning & Development
• Creating and managing data driven reports regarding the apprenticeship programme
• Liaising with external clients acting as central point of contact between apprentices, their employers and their training teams
• Managing apprenticeship data internally and externally
• Managing the registration and certification process in line with organisation guidelines
• Responsible to the Head of Learning & Development for the efficient , effective and compliant administration of Apprenticeship training .
• Creating and managing data driven reports regarding the apprenticeship programme
• Liaising with external clients acting as central point of contact between apprentices, their employers and tutors and training delivery teams
• Managing apprenticeship data internally and externally
• Supporting the continuous development , implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance framework.


An Ideal Candidate would have;
• An understanding of apprenticeships would be advantageous, but not essential
• Experience of writing reports and presenting information to a range of Head of Department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and databases such as CRM & MIS
• The ability to plan ahead and manage your own workload, as well as others’ time
• Self-motivated and able to work to a deadline
• Experience and understanding of SFA Funding processes and procedures
The Experience and ability to deliver service excellence and quality in a regulated training environment
• Experience of writing reports and presenting information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and Education and Skills Funding Agency software and processes.
•The ability to plan and organise work to meet multiple deadlines and expectations which are both internally and externally driven .
Qualifications in Training and Development would be an advantage.
