Temporary contract, 37 hours per week, 8 weeks
Monday – Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm ; Friday 08:30am-16:30pm

To review and amend apprenticeship learning agreements and other documents, working to both internal business processes and ESFA funding rules. To work closely with both the MIS and Apprenticeships teams in co-ordinating and completing sign-up processes for apprentices and employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update (where appropriate) apprenticeship paperwork, liaising with Apprenticeship team to ensure that information is accurate and funding can be claimed. 
  • Ensure that learner data is correctly recorded in college information systems (e.g. ProSolution, ProMonitor, SmartAssessor). 
  • Oversee the sign-up process ensuring that all documentation meets audit and funding requirements 
  • Address all anomalies in the data in a timely manner and report progress as necessary. 
  • Process information in accordance within specified timescales and service levels. 
  • Ensure that all paperwork received in respect of each apprentice is filed in an easily accessible format.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade C/4 or above) inc. English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent). 
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the apprenticeship sector, funding strategies, the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and ILR. 
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures, validation and audit reviews.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in information analysis.
  • Demonstrate proven experience of providing administrative support   
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload to meet deadlines.
