Job Details
Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Key Purpose:
- Provide support to the College Marketing function
- Producing high quality marketing materials and campaigns
- Respond to and produce media and PR related activity
- Ensure an outstanding service to all its users.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the co-ordination and forward planning of College marketing strategies, implementing new ideas to support the department’s achievement of recruitment targets.
- Plan and produce a wide range of high-quality marketing campaigns and materials appropriate to the business of the College
- Update the College website and digital platforms with interesting, informative and professional content, to engage with a wide range of audiences.
- Monitor activity and update social networking sites for the College.
- Support the Schools and Events Officers to liaise with relevant internal departments and partner organisations to plan, organise and execute successful College events and marketing activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree/ Level 4 qualification or – equivalent in a subject area relevant to Marketing, PR or Event activity.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Excellent IT Skills including good knowledge of relevant systems for role
- Up to date knowledge of marketing practices
