We are seeking experienced, customer-focussed applicants to lead a small team of Facilities & Maintenance operatives at Bridgwater & Taunton College. Applicants will have a genuine interest in supporting young people to reach their full potential in a safe environment.
The Facilities & Maintenance Team is a critical front-line team providing a proactive support service to the College, ensuring high quality maintenance and orderliness. The team also ensures the safety and safeguarding of all students, staff and visitors.
You will take a proactive approach to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively, and maintain a customer focussed approach in all that it does. You will utilise your previous experience and knowledge to solve problems and will have the drive to ensure quality of service.
