Salary: £26,521 to £42,727, Hours: 35 hrs (Full Time)

The college is seeking to appoint a lecturer in the Health Division. You will join a team of dedicated staff who are committed to ensuring that students achieve and progress within this specialist area. You will be expected to deliver across a range of courses from Entry 3 to Level 5 within Health and Social Care, as well as across programmes such as Access to Health, Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care and our T Level offer. All courses include a mandatory placement/work-based learning component which you will need to promote and support within your role. You will be expected to participate in Quality Assurance and Standardisation of programmes of study. You will also be part of producing resources and materials to support team facilitation and compliment curriculum offer. You will be expected to be a personal coach for a range of learner groups across the curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess a Health and Social Care related degree/master qualification and have a wide range of vocationally related experience within the field of health and social care.
