The post would suit someone local who is looking for casual hours during the exam periods – no experience is needed as training will be given but a willingness to support our young people during times of exam stress is a must.

The post is offered on a casual basis. Examinations do not take place on every day of the examination period and therefore, working hours will vary according to the length of the examination, and the number of invigilators required. About the role:

Your presence will maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best. You will assist with setting up of exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates and actively invigilating during examinations.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring that the exam areas are set up correctly
  • Supervising students whilst sitting exams
  • Collating and returning examination papers and materials after the exams
  • Dealing with queries that may arise during the exams

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.

For an informal discussion about this role, please contact Karen Baldwin, Principal, on 01473 601252.

Please apply before the closing date of 10 December 2024, we look forward to hearing from you!
