About the role:
As a Learner Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey. Your primary responsibility will be to offer advice, guidance, and administrative support, ensuring that learners have a positive and rewarding experience. You will also be enrolling students and checking applicant’s residency and fee assessing them to find their correct funding group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a student-focused environment and enjoys helping individuals achieve their goals.

About the role:

  • Experience in a customer service, student services, or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a diverse student body
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
  • Proficiency in using student information systems and office software

About Westminster Kingsway College:
Westminster Kingsway College is one of the largest further education colleges in central London with a diverse student body of around 14,000 learners, who travel to its outstanding centres in King’s Cross, Westminster, Regent’s Park, and Soho, to study acclaimed vocational and academic courses. Each centre offers an extensive range of academic and vocational courses for all 16-18-year-olds and adult learners, with a specialist Alexandra centre for those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
