Role: Examinations and Achievement Administrator (Dunstable)
Location: Central Bedfordshire College, Dunstable
Salary/Benefits: Salary from £24,000 DOE and Qualifications, 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, Peoples pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.
Working Pattern: 37hrs per week (1.0 FTE)

About the role:
We are currently seeking Examinations and Achievement Administrator to join The Bedford College Group at our Central Bedfordshire College in Dunstable.
As a Examinations and Achievement Administrator, you play an important role in the success of our students through:
- Ensuring the integrity of the examination process
- Providing a full exams administration service for students and staff in designated centre(s)
- Working in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager Delivering all examinations across all regional sites
- Dispatching results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner
- General Office duties
About you:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs; Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
- Level 3 or above qualification
- Experience of working with confidential documentation and information
- Substantial administrative experience in an office based environment
- Good IT skills including the ability to manipulate data using Microsoft Excel and the use of Microsoft Word
- Ability to understand and work within laid down regulations
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in planning and organising own workload
- Willingness to work occasional flexible working hours including earlier mornings and some evenings
- Able to transport Examinations papers and scripts securely.
- Use of own transport.
