About you
You will support our young people in a variety of ways such as academic support, emotional support or a smile and encouragement on a bad day. You will also plan and teach group tutorials on the Foundation Learning Study programmes at Level 1, which are delivered through project-based learning. We are looking for a Tutorial Learning Mentor who is innovative and willing to take risks to make their sessions engaging and exciting. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with disengaged young people and have a passion to make a difference; so that our students have a great time at college, achieve their aims and progress into further study or work.
Our new Tutorial Learning Mentor can be new to teaching or an experienced mentor. We are looking for someone who will work hard to transform the lives of our young people and support them onto a positive future.
If you possess these qualities and want to embark on a new challenge with a leading education provider, please submit your application for review.
