Work Experience Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Work Experience Team Leader to join The Bedford College Group at our Bedford College Campus in an exciting newly developed role.

Can you inspire a team of dedicated Work Placement Coordinator’s who support our students into industry placements and provide opportunities to prepare them for employment? 

Ideal candidates will have experience of developing and implementing partnership opportunities and an ability to lead, coach and motivate staff, alongside the following qualifications:

• Level 3 Qualification
• Good Standard of General Education including Maths and English at Level 2.

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
