Location: Milton Keynes – some opportunity for remote working

Hours: 37.5

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (subject to experience)

Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

Reporting To: Head of Employer Engagement

IN SHORT

Milton Keynes College are seeking an Employer Engagement Executive with high energy and ambition to join our team. Our employer engagement team is key to realising our strategic ambition of fairer futures, developing meaningful partnerships, and collaborating with businesses to support skills and economic growth in the region.

As an Employer Engagement Executive, you will build and maintain relationships with employers to promote the benefits of working with the college and our students. Daily duties will include identifying and contacting new prospective employers, working with existing employer contacts, and liaising internally with curriculum, marketing, and wider support colleagues to maximise the success of T-Level industry placements.

Most importantly, you will be great at building and maintaining positive relationships that bring together industry and education ensuring excellent long-term learning partnerships are established that help students to succeed.
