Location: Chaffron Way and Bletchley Campuses (Milton Keynes)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Apprenticeship: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (Subject to experience)
Reporting to: Executive Principal: Milton Keynes College

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional education across the College, your expertise will play a key part in fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation. You will create and drive a Quality Strategy and culture across all aspects including Study Programmes, Adult, Higher Education, Apprenticeships, Prison Services, and Commercial provisions. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional learning experiences that transform lives. You will need the ability to drive and manage change, encourage innovation and creativity, and continually develop outstanding practice.
