Requirements range from single/ad-hoc sessions on an hourly paid basis up to contracted salaried roles, and everything in between – so we are ideally looking for flexibility and commitment.

THE SKILLS ACADEMY

The Skills Academy is focused on providing fairer futures for Level 1 students who need to build their skills for progression – This will include core areas: English, Maths and Digital skills; but also developing personal skills and behaviours, encouraging engagement with education and building their confidence, with the aim to get them ready for the world of work or indeed further study. Students also have the unique opportunity to study either a specialist vocational pathway in one of our many vocational specialisms or alternatively study up to 3 blocks in different vocational specialisms offering a unique bespoke Study Programme for those needing support to decide upon their future career.
