This position plays a vital role in utilising data effectively to establish academy-wide priorities, conducting timely and accurate data analysis, supporting behaviour and attendance management, and assisting with exam administration.

Key duties include:

  • Manage the timetabling and preparation of examination rooms and organise exam invigilators.
  • Coordinate the publication of exam result dates and communicate these with students and staff.
  • Ensure availability and analysis of accurate and meaningful data to facilitate effective teaching and learning, behaviour and improved outcomes.
  • Provide data for analysis of assessment outcomes and development of improvement strategies.
Oversee reporting to parents/carers and use data to identify and monitor target and intervention groups.

The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork skills along with exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation abilities. Furthermore, excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
