An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Curriculum Manager to join our thriving and growing ESOL department. You will be working with an established and supportive team of education professionals in delivering and building on a successful ESOL provision.
We seek an experienced ESOL practitioner who has a passion for teaching and learning coupled with sound people and resource management skills. As Curriculum Manager, you will ensure that students have an excellent experience and additional learning support is provided equipping our students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training and inspire students to achieve their potential.
Duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day development of the curriculum portfolio
- Leading, motivating, developing and managing a curriculum team by taking responsibility for performance management, personal development and target setting for individuals
- Utilising staff resources to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Teaching with an allowance of delivery hours – up to 432 annualised hours, pro rata
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent
- Level 4+ teaching qualification
- An experienced and effective people and performance manager
- Able to teach consistently to a high standard
