Location: Southsea, Hampshire

Salary: Ark Scale 3: Pay Points 2-5

              Actual – £19,514-£20,445

              (£22,433-£23,500 FTE)

Contract: Fixed Term

Hours: 35.5 hours per week

About the role

As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils, parents, and teachers, to establish a supportive learning environment in which children make good academic progress. You will be instrumental in our mission to provide every student, regardless of their background, a great education and real choices in life.

 

Our ideal candidate:

 

·         Hold Mathematics and English GCE to Grade C or above

·         Have experience of working with children with specific learning, physical and social needs

·         Contribute to and believe in Ark Ayrton’s values and ethos
