Dog Grooming Salon Manager (Maternity)

Salary:  £29,957 – £31,952 per annum

Location: Cannington Campus

The Dog Grooming Salon at Bridgwater and Taunton College is seeking to appoint maternity cover for our manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the salon, dogs and clients and to oversee the delivery and development of the professional training programmes it offers.

The salon itself is part of the highly motivated animal care and equine department at Bridgwater and Taunton College and as salon manager (maternity cover) you will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, be flexible in their approach and demonstrate professionalism and passion about dog grooming, growing the salon business and in delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment within a further education environment.
