Our new Executive Director will play a visible role in the leadership of the college, reporting directly to the Principal and CEO. This post requires someone with excellent project management skills and possess the ability to forecast and respond rapidly to the ever-changing landscape within FE, ensuring the College is well positioned for the future to maximise opportunities and to grow apprenticeship provision in line with local and regional requirements.

The Executive Director will have responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the College’s apprenticeship delivery in all aspects, ensuring that any issues are anticipated and/or managed effectively to the satisfaction of the College’s clients and customers. They will also develop strong relationships with employers and sector bodies, ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

The Executive Director will work with colleagues to deliver an offer that meets stakeholder’s needs both now and with a view to 2030. As such, we are looking for an Executive Director who can drive the college strategy in becoming leaders locally, regionally, and nationally in employer led skills provision.
