Course Leader: English and Maths

We need tutors who are passionate about supporting individuals to develop skills and gain qualifications that will help improve their lives.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Course Leader/Tutor to join our busy English and Maths team. Your primary role will be as a tutor delivering GCSE English and Functional Skills English and Maths throughout the county and online. You should have experience of designing and delivering English and Maths courses up to Level 2, and be confident with delivering distance and blended learning. As Course Leader, you will be working with the Sector Team Leader to develop the curriculum, implement quality processes, and supervise and support a team of tutors based across Somerset.
This post comprises of .8 permanent and .2 fixed-term for one year to cover a temporary contract, with the potential for a full time, permanent contract after one year.
