Commercial Bank Staff (cross-college)

The commercial area covers a wide range of services across the college group which include coffee shops, refectories, events and venue hire plus any new commercial service areas as and when required. Due to the nature of the work in the commercial area, even when staff are on holiday or off sick, we still have to provide the same high level of service to our customers, both internal and external, which means we need people on our Commercial bank team who are flexible, adaptable and can remain calm and in control at all times. The Commercial Bank team provide a range of different support services to the various managers as and when required. This can include working in the retail outlets, creating marketing materials, general administration, as well as assisting with all elements associated with running a commercial event such as setting up, cleaning, bar service, kitchen work and anything else requested by the clients during their events.
