Apprentice Chefs (Lewes and Hastings)

35 hours per week, term time only 42 weeks, fixed term

The college refectories are very busy catering operations offering a food service to our students, staff, and visitors to the College. The majority of the time the hours will be daytime but on occasions, it will require providing catering for the commercial activities which takes place in the evenings and weekends. As an apprentice, you will be working as part of a multi-site refectory team and will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
