The opportunity to live and work on the edge of the vibrant, metropolitan city of Manchester, with access to two areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, whilst supporting a local community with significant FE need.

We are the main provider of post-16 education and training within the Oldham area and our mission is to deliver high-quality technical and professional education and training which adds economic and social value to the communities of Oldham and Greater Manchester.

We are in search of an established and forward-thinking HR leader with new perspectives and ideas to be the driving force behind innovative, strategic human resource management and organisational development at the college.

Strong communication, collaboration, fairness, respect and transparency will be at the core of your leadership. You will have experience of shaping and building an agile, committed workforce and learning culture that mirrors our inclusive ethos and aligns with the UK’s standards for Great Places to Work.
