RHACC is a Specialist Designated Institution for Adult Learning, providing a varied course offer to support the lifelong learning goals of adults. With daytime, evening, weekend and residential courses across two main campuses and in outreach venues, RHACC is able to meet a broad range of needs, and creates pathways to work and wellbeing. We are seeking to appoint a Women’s Education Administrator based at our Hillcroft campus in Surbiton.
About the Role…
Reporting to the Head of Women‘s Education, as the Women’s Education administrator you will also provide administrative assistance to the Head of Hillcroft Centre. You will have a wide range of duties including enrolment of learners, including identifying sources of academic of financial support in order to help them to achieve. You will act as the first point of call for all telephone, email and visitor enquiries for the area, ensuring course information on the website is accurate and up to date, accommodation is arranged for courses, assisting with evening and weekend events, preparing and sending out tutor schedules of work and analysing and creating reports for the Head of School.
The successful candidate will have experience in a clerical, administrative or office environment, excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Database management, and the ability to produce statistical information along with exceptional Customer Service skills. Effective communication and time management skills are a must. A minimum of Level 2 in English and Mathematics is required.
