To support this agenda the College is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal, Finance and Planning with the energy, passion and knowledge to ensure the organisation continues to thrive and produce inspirational learning, creating outstanding futures.
Reporting to the Principal and Chief Executive, you will lead the financial strategy for the College, ensuring the financial integrity of the organisation through enhanced business planning, prudent financial control and informative reporting, to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the finance function with a keen focus on funding streams, risk management and regulatory compliance along with the analysis of key management information to maintain the financial sustainability of the organisation.
You will be a qualified, commercially focused accountant with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment. With a strong technical knowledge, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills with a detailed working knowledge of complex funding and estate management. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
