Trust HR Director
The Heath Family (NW)
Salary: Competitive to attract the best
The Board of Trustees at The Heath Family (NW) Trust is looking to appoint a dedicated and experience Trust HR Director to provide strong Human resource leadership within their ambitious Multi-Academy Trust.
The Heath Family (NW) was formed in 2011 – We are not the largest of Trusts, with eight schools in Halton, Knowsley and Sefton, but that does not curb our ambition or expectations. Our Executive Leaders work closely with school leaders to provide support and challenge – with the aim being that the partnership acts as a catalyst to our schools achieving their aims and ambitions.
Our Trust believes passionately in the power of collaboration and the importance of developing schools who work together to ensure every child and staff member can thrive. For that to happen, we are committed to providing children and young people with inspiring places to learn, and environments where they feel respected, safe and, crucially, happy and fulfilled.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and inspirational HR professional, looking to make an impact in a growing and thriving Multi-Academy Trust.
The role of Trust HR Director will involve taking responsibility for:
- Developing and implementing the Trust’s HR strategy.
- Overseeing the full life cycle of employee management.
- Overseeing appropriate and effective employee engagement.
- Delivering a successful HR service offer to our schools.
