About the Role
Are you looking for a great opportunity to develop your excellent customer service and administration skills?
You will play a key role in the busy Learner Services Department of a College that is at the heart of the community. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, target-driven team based at our two beautiful campuses in Richmond and Surbiton. The successful candidates will be required to work from both sites on a flexible rota basis.
This role is working with a team of administrator’s delivering high quality administrative services for all curriculum areas. You will display a professional image at all times, be an excellent communicator with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have good IT skills and be comfortable managing a varied workload under time constraints. Experience within an educational environment is preferred, but not essential.
The back-office administrative team will support the front of house team as and when business need requires. Team members will be trained in duties across both teams but this role will predominantly be in the back-office.
To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate:
• That you are highly organised with the ability to process information accurately with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience of using databases and other software is desirable but not essential.

We are ambitious for the future of the college. Plans are in place to design and build a new purpose-built teaching centre at our Surbiton campus over the next 2-years.
