Human Resources Manager
Salary: £38,371.00 – £42,528.00 per annum
Full-time (35 hours per week) All Year Round
Start date December 2021
A Human Resources Manager is required to manage the overall provision of Human Resource services in the Academy ensuring the efficient operation of procedures and practices. Also to provide HR advice and guidance to the CEO at Southfields Academy and the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team and advice to Trustees and members of staff as required.
Applicants should be educated to degree level or the equivalent and be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or studying towards gaining membership. Experience of human resource management is required together with strong interpersonal and communication skills and IT skills. A good knowledge of employment law and child protection and safeguarding legislation are also required.
